Sriracha Hot Dish
Ingredients

1 pound lean ground beef

2 medium onions, finely chopped

1 cup chopped celery

1 (10 1/2 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup

1 (10 1/2 ounce) can cream of chicken soup

1 cup water
-
1/2 cup uncooked rice
-
2 tablespoons soy sauce
-
1 can chow mein noodles

1/4 cup Huy Fong brand
Sriracha Hot Chili Sauce
Preparation

Brown meat in a skillet or pan, then move to a 3 quart oven-proof
casserole dish.

Add remaining ingredients and stir until thoroughly mixed.
Cooking
-
Cover and heat on roast for 25 minutes or until mixture is hot.

Uncover, stir and heat for an additional 5 minutes.
Variation
Use Sriracha sauce to make a design on the top of the hot dish.
